Encirco Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Creative Session handles information when you use the app.

1. Information We Handle

Content You Provide

Creative Session allows you to import, create, organize, and work with content such as:

Audio files
PDF and script files
Project and folder names
Notes, markers, highlights, and loop points
Other information you choose to enter or import

This content is generally stored locally on your device. Encirco Studios does not maintain its own server-based copies of this content.

When you intentionally share content through SharePlay, another participant may receive or view shared audio, filenames, notes, playback changes, markers, loops, and related session information.

SharePlay and Collaboration Information

Creative Session uses Apple SharePlay and Group Activities to provide collaborative sessions. Information exchanged during a session may include:

Track names and filenames
Audio files or compressed audio copies
Playback position and play/pause status
Markers, loops, notes, and related activity
Temporary session and participant information necessary for SharePlay to operate

Creative Session does not require users to create a named account. SharePlay connections and transfers are provided through Apple’s services and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

Device and Technical Information

Apple may process limited technical information needed to provide, secure, and diagnose its services, such as device information, app version, crash information, and service logs.

Encirco Studios may receive diagnostic information provided through Apple’s developer and App Store services, depending on your device and privacy settings.

Phone and FaceTime Calls

Creative Session does not record or store audio from your phone or FaceTime calls. FaceTime and SharePlay are Apple services and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used to:

Provide and operate Creative Session
Import, play, organize, and annotate selected files
Create and manage SharePlay sessions
Synchronize playback, loops, markers, and notes
Compress oversized audio files for sharing
Transfer content that a user intentionally shares
Maintain app reliability and security
Diagnose technical problems
Respond to questions and support requests
Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. How Information Is Shared

With Other Participants

When you join a SharePlay session, content you choose to share may be visible or transferred to other participants.

Copies received or saved by another participant may remain on that participant’s device and under that participant’s control, even after the SharePlay session ends.

With Apple

Creative Session uses Apple services for iOS, FaceTime, SharePlay, TestFlight, App Store distribution, file transfers, and related functionality.

Apple processes information according to its own terms and privacy policies.

For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information in our possession if reasonably necessary to comply with the law, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect the rights and property of Encirco Studios.

Business Transfers

Information in our possession may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, sale, or transfer of all or part of our business.

4. Advertising and Sale of Information

Creative Session does not currently sell users’ personal information.

Creative Session does not currently use personal information for third-party targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling.

If advertising or tracking features are introduced, this policy and the app’s privacy disclosures will be updated.

5. Storage and Retention

Files, projects, and annotations stored locally remain on your device until you delete them or remove the app.

Creative Session may temporarily create compressed audio files on your device when preparing oversized audio for SharePlay. Temporary files may remain until they are removed by the app, deleted by the operating system, or cleared when the app is removed.

Content transferred through SharePlay may remain on another participant’s device after the session ends. Deleting content from your device does not delete copies another participant previously received or saved.

Encirco Studios does not currently maintain its own cloud database or cloud storage for Creative Session content.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards within the app designed to protect information. Apple provides the underlying SharePlay and App Store infrastructure.

However, no electronic transfer, device, service, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should share private creative materials only with people they trust.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

Delete locally stored projects and files from the app
Leave a SharePlay session
Decline a SharePlay invitation
Decline to share a file
Revoke applicable permissions through iPhone Settings
Delete the app and its locally stored content

Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information associated with you.

Because Creative Session does not currently require accounts or maintain its own cloud database, Encirco Studios may not possess information that can be connected to a particular user.

8. Children’s Privacy

Creative Session is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where possible.

9. International Processing

Apple may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Creative Session develops or when legal, technical, or business requirements change.

The updated policy will include a revised effective date. Continued use of Creative Session after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
